By submitting your credit card information, you agree to have the appropriate charge 
applied to your account for the class specified, and to the terms and policies stated below.

Policies

Retakes

If for any reason you are unable to complete the course as scheduled, or if you feel that you need to refresh yourself on the content covered, you may audit the course, for up to 6 months from your initial class session, at no cost. There is a fee of $75 for those requiring additional written evaluations and/or videotaping. You'll need to bring your original courseware.

Cancellations and Postponements

It is the intention of OM-Tech Learning to run public classes as scheduled.

That being said, certain classes work better with a specific minimum number of participants. Should your particular class not have this critical mass, you will be notified prior to the class start, and given the option to participate or to reschedule into a different session. Only if all participants have rescheduled will the class be pulled. You will not be assessed a penalty for your choice.

Should circumstances that are beyond the normal and reasonable control of OM-Tech Learning (really inclement weather, acts of God, force majeure, etc.) cause the class to be interrupted or postponed, we will attempt to reschedule it to the earliest mutually agreeable date.

Withdrawals and Rescheduling

We know that your commitments and responsibilities may change, which is why we work with you to accommodate your schedule.

If you need to cancel out of a class, please notify us prior to 10 business days before the class and we will be able to place you in another class at no charge.

Your course fee is fully refundable if you cancel prior to 10 business days before the start of your class.  A $25 processing fee might be applied.

A charge of 50% of your total invoice will be assessed for any cancellation or rescheduling between 10-4 business days prior to a class. You may apply this money to a future class if taken within 6 months of original class date.

A charge of 100% of your total invoice will be assessed for any cancellation or rescheduling of less than 3 business days prior to a class. You may apply this money to a future class if taken within 6 months of original class date.

Substitutions

Substitutions are allowed prior to the session without additional charges, as long as prerequisites, if any, are met.
